The Structure

The immersion unfolds across seven progressive 4-6 week phases. Each builds upon the previous, allowing for integration rather than overwhelm.

  • We begin by establishing physiological safety.

    You will learn:

    • How your nervous system responds to stress

    • How to shift from overdrive or shutdown into steadiness

    • How repetition builds trust in the body

    • Why non-harm begins with not overriding yourself

    This phase lays the foundation.
    Clarity is impossible without safety.

  • Yoga becomes embodied physiology.

    You will explore:

    • Why asana regulates the nervous system

    • The five internal “winds” (vayus) and how energy moves

    • Digestion as both physical and emotional integration

    • Your stress patterns through the lens of the doshas

    • Breath as a precision tool for vagal tone

    • Ojas, tejas, and prana — the architecture of vitality

    This phase builds sustainable capacity.

  • We move inward — carefully and safely.

    Through the koshas (the layers of the self) and modern neuroscience, you will understand:

    • The physical body’s role in regulation

    • The energetic body and breath coherence

    • Emotional patterning and the limbic system

    • Discernment and executive clarity

    • The difference between true stillness and dissociation

    Meditation is introduced progressively — never prematurely.

  • Here we explore samskaras — the patterned grooves that shape behavior.

    You will learn:

    • How survival patterns form

    • The kleshas (root causes of suffering)

    • Attachment styles and over-functioning

    • How to interrupt reactivity

    • How repetition rewrites neural pathways

    This phase builds personal authority.
    You are no longer driven by unconscious patterning.

  • We focus on resilience.

    You will understand:

    • How burnout depletes vitality

    • How to rebuild ojas (deep resilience)

    • How focused intensity (tejas) differs from aggression

    • How cortisol rhythms influence mood and clarity

    • How to protect your energy through disciplined boundaries

    • Co-regulation and nervous system safety in relationship

    • Voice and expression (udana vayu)

    • Boundary embodiment

    • Grief as part of maturation

    • What secure functioning feels like in the body

    You will design:

    • A weekly rhythm that protects energy

    • Sustainable service models

    • Clear boundaries in work and relationship

    • Devotional routines that support mastery

    • A long-term regulation blueprint

    Insight must be scheduled to survive.

    This final phase ensures your internal regulation is reflected in how you live, work, and lead.
