The Koshas offer us a yogic map back to ourselves.
This 5-week immersion is not surface-level philosophy. It’s not a checklist of self-improvement. It’s a guided descent inward — into the subtle architecture of your being.
And when we go deep into each layer, we don’t just “learn” about ourselves.
We uncover. We feel. We integrate.
We become more.

What Are the Koshas?
The Koshas are the five layers (or sheaths) of our being in yogic philosophy — from the tangible body to the deepest layer of bliss and truth. They give us a template for understanding ourselves as multidimensional, sacred, and whole.
This immersion meets once per week for 5 weeks. Each week we focus on one layer — not just intellectually, but somatically, emotionally, energetically.
You will leave each session with practices you can live into — not homework, but invitations.

Week 1: Annamaya Kosha — The Physical Body
Your body is not an obstacle to overcome. It is the doorway.
We explore:
The body as memory keeper
Safety and nervous system awareness
Reclaiming your body as home
Through therapeutic movement, breath, and guided inquiry, you’ll begin listening in a way you may never have before.

Week 2: Pranamaya Kosha — The Energy Body
Breath is the bridge.
Here we work with:
Prana and subtle energy awareness
Polyvagal-informed breathwork
Emotional currents and energetic boundaries
Where you leak energy… and where you come alive
You’ll begin to feel the subtle shifts — the way your energy expands or contracts in different environments, conversations, and roles.

Week 3: Manomaya Kosha — The Mental & Emotional Body
This is where the stories live.
We gently examine:
Thought patterns and samskaras
Anxiety loops and protective narratives
Emotional literacy and interoception
The difference between truth and conditioning
Not to fix yourself.
But to see clearly.When we illuminate the story, we loosen its grip.

Week 4: Vijnanamaya Kosha — The Wisdom Body
Beneath the noise, there is knowing.
We explore:
Intuition vs. fear
Inner authority
Discernment
Dharma whispers
This is where self-trust is rebuilt — not from ego, but from embodied wisdom.

Bliss is not constant happiness.
It is remembering.In our final week we integrate:
Glimpses of wholeness
Sacred contentment
Living from alignment
Returning to your light
This layer is subtle. It cannot be forced.
But it can be accessed when the other layers feel safe enough to soften.
